About the role:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time, Assistant Store Manager who is looking to take their next step in their retail management career. Reporting to the Mosman Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting management across all aspects of store operations, customer service, clienteling, coaching and motivating the Mosman team!

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention; 
  • Driving Sales performance;
  • Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention; 
  • Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and
  • Provide leadership and support for seasonal Stocktake and Visual Merchandising directives at the Boutique.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred however not essential);
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
  • Stock Management experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
  • Ability to work a Sunday to Wednesday/Thursday roster.
