About the role:
As a Stylist at Viktoria & Woods, you will play a key role in our Emporium Boutique. We offer an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your passion for styling and customer service in a luxury fashion retail environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Create stylish and cohesive outfits for clients, leveraging knowledge of brand collections and individual preferences;
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable shopping experiences for our clients;
- Participate in inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise on the shop floor; and
- Embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and development to enhance personal styling skills and expertise.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role (Luxury Retail preferred however not essential);
- Ability to speak mandarin will be highly regarded;
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
- Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 30-35 hours per week.
