ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly customer-focused and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team. The Customer Care Assistant is responsible for delivering memorable experiences and building meaningful relationships with customers via phone, email and live chat.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager and Customer Care Specialist, you will:
Provide exceptional customer support through responding to customer enquiries, providing accurate information and updates on products, stock availability, and order issues.
Ensure all online orders are dispatched in a timely manner and process online returns and faulty stock from all channels.
Liaise with our retail boutiques to ensure a consistent brand experience and assist the retail team with queries and customer support as required.
Provide support for customer issues that have been escalated from the social media and retail teams.
Assist with administrative needs such as invoicing, ordering packaging, and managing postage between Head Office, clients, warehouse and stores.
Desired Skills and Experience
YOU WILL BRING:
1+ years of experience in a similar retail customer care role, preferably in the fashion industry, would be highly regarded.
A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Commerce, Marketing or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication skills which can be effectively adapted to different situations.
A genuine customer-oriented approach and the ability to overcome challenges with calmness and empathy.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
A solid understanding of Shopify and AP21 would be desirable.
