About the role:

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a small team at Paddington Boutique.  Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading your team to achieve budget, drive VIP appointments and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering and leading with the team exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention; 
• Driving Sales performance;
• Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention; 
• Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and
• Provide leadership, training and development for a small team.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role (luxury experience is advantageous however not essential);
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
• Stock Management experience;
• Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
• Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
