About the role:

We are seeking a Permanent Part Time Stylist to join our team at our Paddington Boutique, working on Monday, Friday and Saturday. This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your passion for styling and customer service in a luxury fashion retail environment. This role contributes to building a word-class brand by generating sales and prospects, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store presentation and supporting operations.  Availability to work as per the business needs including weekends, evenings and public holidays. A minimum of 3 days availability including 1 weekend day is required for all Stylists.

Responsibilities include:

Customer Service & Driving Sales:

• Delivers and creates memorable Client Experiences to deliver long-term engagement.
• Gets to know and understand the Client Profile for their primary location.
• Provide elevated and personalised assistance to our clients.
• Is a V&W brand ambassador and demonstrates a passion for the V&W’s Purpose, Values and Pillars.
• Understands and works to deliver and/or exceed store sales budgets (day, week and month).
• Utilises their strong relationships with existing and new clientele to drive sales proactively.

Store Operations:

• Ensure VM presentation standards meet VM requirements and always reflect the V&W brand.
• Assist store management in completing any sales, stock and/or administration tasks and responsibilities promptly.
• Maintain accurate completion of any required administration (e.g. holds, VIP requests etc.) and assist with any stock transfer requirements (where necessary).

Stock Management:

• Provide feedback to store management regarding any stock opportunities and/or stock losses to ensure that products and stock levels are maintained. 
• Ensure any loss of revenue due to theft, poor administration, error and/or waste at store level is minimised. 

Team – Work and Training:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store budgets and resolve client issues proactively together.
• Communicate effectively with management in relation to stock levels, client feedback and operational challenges.
• Assist more senior team members to maximise the store sales.
• Attend store meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
• Embrace V&W’s training initiatives and strive to implement any new skills, knowledge on-the-job. 

Compliance and Policies:

• Comply and stay up to date with all V&W’s policy, procedures and standards as provided.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
• Understanding of retail POS systems (AP21 would be desirable);
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
• Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively and efficiently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and
• A minimum of 3-4 days availability per week, including weekends and evenings as required.
