Job Description
Store Manager is responsible for:
Rostering
Day to day priority setting and running of the boutique
Leading a team
Driving client experience in your location, including working with VM, Area Managers and Head Office for support and feedback.
Managing stock integrity, stocktakes and stock movement
Inspiring and engaging a team of stylists and supporting the greater V&W team
Desired Skills and Experience
Prior retail experience is essential, minimum 2 years in a leadership. This is the perfect step up from an Assistant Manager role.
Australian Designer experience is preferred
Clienteling experience is beneficial
AP21 experience is beneficial but not essential
Strong time management, communication skills and initiative.
