Job Description

We are looking to recruit a CRM Specialist (Content & Automations) to join a dynamic, fun and supportive Digital Marketing team, based in Hawthorn, Melbourne.

As the brand continues to expand in Australia & internationally, we are excited to be recruiting for a CRM Marketing Specialist to help build our customer engagement & retention strategy and increase our customer lifetime value

Reporting to the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include – 

  • Develop, and execute email marketing strategy, informed by seasonal collections and business trade, to drive customer engagement and revenue. Ensure alignment with product deliveries and any retail/VM strategies. 
  • Managing a weekly CRM content calendar plan based on seasonal collections.
  • Creating and deploying campaign emails in Emarsys CRM platform.
  • Develop data-led CRM lifecycle automation flows to engage and retain customers, driving conversion, win back and LTV. 
  • Develop content copy, aligned with brand tone of voice, for email marketing & lifecycle automations to support seasonal storytelling.
  • Create dynamic customer segments for personalised email marketing campaigns and customer journey automations to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Interpret and analyse data to inform the email marketing and CRM lifecycle strategy to drive customer engagement and maximise sales 
  • Generate comprehensive reports on email marketing & lifecycle CRM performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  • Keeps up to date with platforms, tools, loyalty marketing trends locally and internationally.
  • Ensure CRM complies with all appropriate legislation and community expectations pertaining to privacy and data handling. Ensure customer data is clean across platforms and adheres to strict privacy policies and terms of use guidelines.
  • Supporting eCommerce team with SEO content for website
  • Work closely with all marketing, merchandising, eCommerce and retail and digital agencies to align CRM strategies with broader business objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will bring:

  • 3+ years experience in email marketing, CRM management, and or Lifecycle automations.
  • Excellent content creation & copywriting skills
  • An ability to interpret data. Have a commercial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Degree qualified in marketing, communications or similar 
  • Your technical knowledge will include:
  • Experience with Emarsys or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven experience building CRM automation flows or CRM lifecycle programs
  • Copywriting skills
  • GA4 knowledge
  • Understanding of SEO principles
