Job Description
As a Stylist at Viktoria & Woods, you will play a key role in our Rosebery Boutique. This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your passion for styling and customer service in a luxury fashion retail environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional and memorable interactions with our customers, styling services to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and creativity;
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's aesthetic and appeal;
Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively keeping up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively;
Participate in inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise on the shop floor; and
Embrace opportunities for ongoing learning and development to enhance personal styling skills and expertise.

Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role (Luxury Retail preferred however not essential);
Mandarin speaking is advantageous;
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
Proven capability to meet and exceed sales targets; and
A minimum of 3-4 days availability per week, including weekends and evenings as required.
