About the role:
We are seeking retail leaders across Victoria to apply for upcoming leadership vacancies in our Victorian boutiques. Roles include 3IC, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers and Multi-Site Managers.
We are currently seeking a Full-time or Part-time, Assistant Store Manager to support our Multi-Site Manager to lead a team at our Chadstone and Armadale boutiques. Reporting to the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading your team to achieve budget, fostering a positive and motivated team culture and ensuring Viktoria & Woods standards, policies and values are upheld.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our clients, identifying ways to grow our customer database and increase customer retention;
- Driving the concession Sales performance;
- Stock Management and Stock Loss prevention;
- Act as a role model for our Values, cultivating an environment that embraces excellence, is customer focused and inspired; and
- Provide leadership and support for seasonal Stocktake and Visual Merchandising directives at the Concession.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred however not essential);
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships;
- Stock Management experience;
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
